When the COVID-19 pandemic put live DJ gigs on indefinite hold, Davis turned to baking from his home in Point Breeze after his wife asked for her favorite dessert. Early sales on Instagram quickly transformed his weekend hobby into a full-time, high-demand enterprise.
For the past several years, Davis has been operating out of a commercial kitchen at Artisan Exchange in West Chester, building a devoted regional following at farmers' markets across Southeastern Pennsylvania, where pre-orders routinely sell out.
