The event will feature live music, entertainment, street performers, lawn games, family fun, and other surprises - plus ample room to spread out. For the food truck industry that was hard hit by the pandemic, this event is one of several fall fests we are working on to support mobile food vendors who lost all their income during the pandemic.
Northern Liberties Night Market Makes Debut with Food Trucks, Entertainment, Fun Surprises
For Northern Liberties, this is one of FOUR significant events coming to the neighborhood to showcase the fastest growing community in the city. Over the next two years, over 23,000 residents are expected to move into projects about to open or new construction on and around N. 2nd Street from Girard to Spring Garden and surrounding areas. The Northern Liberties Restaurant Row has seen many grand openings over the pandemic - with some huge ones on the way.
This event is a pivot and expansion for the 2nd Street Festival - which is currently on hold during the pandemic. This is the first of two annual Northern Liberties Night Markets moving forward in spring and fall.
