Oloroso Hosts Lustau Sherry Dinner

The highly anticipated celebration of exquisite sherry and sumptuous cuisine will feature a multi-course tasting dinner with one seating at 6:30 pm. Mario Muñoz González, a sherry expert and brand ambassador from Lustau, will join Oloroso’s in-house sommelier, Gordana Kostovski to provide on-site guidance and expertise throughout the evening. Bodegas Lustau is a renowned brand of wines, celebrated for producing a wide range of high-quality sherries, including Fino, Amontillado, Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso, and many more.

For $100 per person guests will embark on a full immersion into Spain through a selection of rare sherry styles paired with four courses of rich and flavorful seasonal cuisine served tapas-style courtesy of Executive Chef Jason Peabody. Highlights from Lustau Sherry Dinner include Cheese & Charcuterie: Membrillo, toasted almonds, and grapes; Chanterelles: Red kuri squash, bosc pear, and amontillado hollandaise foam; Wood Oven Roasted Lamb Shoulder: Farro, chocolate and pomegranate; Basque Cheesecake: Dates and Pedro Ximenex.

Under the guidance of Kostovski, Oloroso's beverage program is designed to provide guests with an authentic drinking experience that includes an emphasis on sherry pairings as well as a diverse range of vermouths, thoughtfully-curated cocktails beers, and ciders.
