- DETAILS: BLDG39’s August Food Love Collaboration event is taking place on Thursday, August 19, and will feature food and beverage from Ulter Catering, El Tlaloc, Ploughman Cider, and Stateside Vodka. Tickets are $45 each and are available via ticket leap. They include one drink per person and the below menu (menu items subject to change):

- Fried Green Tomato & Scrapple: house pork scrapple bite with fried green tomato and Preservation Provisions spicy bread & butter pickle
- Ploughman’s Chicken Bulgogi Ssӓm: baby lettuce cup with Ploughman Cider marinated bulgogi chicken, pickled apple/daikon, rice, and gochujang sauce
- Grilled Peach & Burrata Crostini: house focaccia crostini with grilled NJ peaches and fresh burrata
- Blueberry Bread Pudding: griddled NJ blueberry bread pudding with white chocolate-whiskey sauce
