Forsythia Celebrates 4th Anniversary: A Festive Prix Fixe Dinner for One-Night-Only

PHILADELPHIA - Forsythia's innovative and contemporary French restaurant, Old City, will celebrate its fourth anniversary with a special multi-course menu curated by Chef Christopher Kearse. This exclusive dinner is available only on Thursday, August 24, with one seating starting at 7:30PM. Proceeds from the event will go to myFace, an organization Kearse personally selected that helps transform the lives of people with facial differences.

Kearse's team has prepared a special evening for guests to enjoy on Thursday, 24th August. The menu will include a variety of dishes that have been popular with customers over the last four years at the restaurant. This one-time service will include dishes like a canape set made up of Panisse with Raclette Fondue and Ham & Corn Beignets With black truffle marmalade Escargot Provencal, In addition, Sweet Corn Ravioli, Whole Roasted Hen of The Woods Mushrooms With tomato butter and lamb shoulder ragout, Hamachi Collar Almandine, You can also find out more about the following: Guinness-Chocolate Black Out Cake With popcorn ice-cream, chocolate sable and mint jus.

The menu will also include a selection of spirited sippers curated by Beverage Director Shawn Miller.
