City Winery, after two successful wine-pairing dinners, "Taste of Italy", and "Taste of the Sea," is now ready to introduce a new pairing dinner, "Bourbon and BBQ Pairing". On August 30, 2023, the five-course plated BBQ dinner, presented by Robert Gindin, will be accompanied by an expert in bourbon, Mike Potalivo.
Each of the five dishes maintains a different type of barbecue style, ranging from Carolina to Texas to Japanese. Each course is paired with an artisan cocktail focusing on bourbon to create a truly immersive dining experience.
Tickets are available through RESY for $85 each. Tickets are limited because the dinner will be held in a private dining room. Ticket sales will end on August 28, 2023.
