Townsend EPX Hosts ‘Vins et Saveurs de France’ Five Course Pairing Dinner

Philadelphia, PA – Townsend EPX, Chef Townsend Wentz’s French restaurant and bar on East Passyunk Avenue, invites guests to experience a tour of France through a portfolio of The Wine Merchant’s expertly-selected wines and Chef Townsend Wentz's outstanding takes on French cuisine. On Wednesday, October 25 at 7 pm, the restaurant will be hosting an exclusive five course pairing dinner led by Owner/Chef Townsend Wentz in collaboration with Seth Biederman of The Wine Merchant.

The intimate dinner will feature stand-out menu offerings such as Marinated Tuna - Charred Clams, Cucumber, Honeycrisp Apple, Creme fraîche; Black Truffle Stuffed Halibut - Savoy Cabbage, Ossetra-Vermouth Nage; Lobster and Sweetbread Fricassee - Tarragon, Brioche, Sauce Américaine; Lamb 'en crepinette’ - Chanterelles, Figs, Fall Vegetables 'en cocotte', Thyme-Lamb Jus; and Pain d'Epice aux Chocolat Souffle - Pernod Chantilly.

Guests can also look forward to on-site guidance from both Biederman and Townsend's in-house Sommelier Gordana Kostovski to further elevate the experience.

The multi-course dinner is priced at $145 per person.
