The menu, curated by Executive Chef Jonathan Dearden, is inspired by Mid-Atlantic ingredients that can be found in local farms and fisheries, such as Cape May Oysters, the signature Patchwork BurgerSirloin Steak Frites with truffle fries and whiskey au poivre, and more. The inviting 8-seat bar boasts a plethora of rotating local brews on draft, global wines, as well as signature cocktails crafted by in-house mixologists showcasing local and regional distilleries such as New Liberty Distillery and Dad’s Hat Pennsylvania Rye Whiskey.

Patchwork is the first food and beverage concept to open at the 13-story Hyatt Centric Center City, the Hyatt Centric's flagship Philadelphia location at 1620 Chancellor Street which opened in October 2020. The modern hotel offers 332 guest rooms, including 22 suites, providing panoramic cityscape views through floor-to-ceiling windows and a bevy of amenities such as 60” flat-screen TVs, Drybar hair dryers, BeeKind bath amenities, and more. Additional hotel services include a multipurpose fitness center complete with Peloton bikes, pet-friendly accommodations, in-room dining delivery, among the mix.
