PHILADELPHIA - Royal Boucherie, Old City’s lively and atmospheric neighborhood restaurant and bar, is celebrating National Caviar Day with the launch of their all-new Caviar Oyster Shooters, a generous dollop American sturgeon caviar nestled in a freshly shucked west coast oyster perched above a glass of sparkling rosé.
Caviar is one of my absolute favorite ingredients to incorporate in our dishes, and while we always like to experiment with new and fun concepts such as the Oyster Shooters — having a classic caviar spread is a must, paired with all of the proper accoutrements of course, said Chef Waldemar Stryjewski, Executive Chef at Royal Boucherie.

To that end, the French brasserie will be offering a Trio of Caviar on National Caviar Day comprised of three tiers of caviar - Kaluga, American Sturgeon, and Ossetra Caviar - served in a traditional caviar service format with chickpea pancakes, crème fraîche, hard-cooked eggs, minced onions, and fresh dill.

Royal Boucherie has also recently launched both a weekday lunch service (Wednesday - Friday, 11am - 3pm) featuring lunch only dishes alongside a new all-day bistro menu featuring seasonal ingredients.
