PHILADELPHIA - Philadelphia has no shortage of great restaurants, but it can sometimes be tricky to nail down a great lunch spot for a satisfying mid-day meal.

It's 5 O'Clock somewhere at two of the city's best lunch programs in Philadelphia – Starr’s beloved classic, Continental Midtown, and the brand new Kpop inspired, Korean American restaurant, Kpod.

Continental Midtown

Located in the heart of Center City, Continental has established itself as a Philadelphia classic restaurant. Relax in the lounge or swing in their famous swinging in basket chairs and savor in their indulgent, eclectic menu.
Menu highlights: Szechuan Shoestring Fries, Crispy Calamari Salad, Pastrami Fried Rice, Cheesesteak Eggrolls, Burger Royale, Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Lobster Mac & Cheese.
Lunch hours: Monday – Friday: 12:00pm-3:00pm

Kpod

Located in University City, Kpod is one of Philadelphia’s splashiest new restaurants. Enter the Kpop inspired world and explore Korean American dishes boasting in sweet, spicy and umami flavors.
Menu Highlights: Honey Butter Fries, Mandu (Korean dumplings – beef, spicy pork or carrot), a variety of Hand Rolls, Pickled Pepper Ramyun, Creamy Rice Cakes (with broccoli, bacon, pecorino cheese, black truffle oil and scallion), KPod Burger with chili kimchi mayo.
